Meet the Sixth Form Prefects

We have  been  working with our local Police to train a group of Year 12 students to take on the role of prefects around the School. This could be during lunch, break or at events. As part of their personal development we asked students to apply for the post and they were carefully selected. Their responsibilities are to encourage all students to meet the values of SGS and  be a role model for the younger students.

One of the areas of  training they received was directed around how to tackle confrontation which, amongst other skills, will be useful as they progress in later life.
