UCAS Information Evening 2019
Applying to University can be a daunting prospect for many students, especially considering the recent headlines concerning student finance. From choosing the right course and institution to writing their personal statement and managing their online application, your son/daughter will understandably require a great deal of support from you over the forthcoming months. Though they may not always show it, your encouragement and advice are invaluable to them as they explore the next step in their education and life.
In order that you are in the best possible position to offer this support and guidance, we would like to invite you to attend our annual UCAS Information Evening (date to follow)
For those unable to attend, a copy of the presentation will be made available after the event.
Parents are also encouraged to make use of the UCAS widget, which provides both students and parents access to important information about higher education and the UCAS application process, and the website 'Careers Planner' which contains a parents page. Both resources are available through the 'Sixth Form' homepage.
N.B. You will need to register to use Careers Planner and will require the School's examination number. If you do not know the School's examination number, ask your son/ daughter.
