Senior Hockey East Regional Finals Day

The team narrowly miss out on National Finals, with draws in all three finals matches.
SENIOR HOCKEY: Today it was an early start for the senior hockey team as they travelled for the East Region Finals Day in Redbridge.
In terrible weather conditions, the boys played three matches and remained unbeaten throughout! Unfortunately, all three matches were drawn and therefore the team were extremely unlucky, particularly in the last match, not to qualify through to the National Finals.
There were many missed opportunities and it was unfortunate that in the last match, a determined Stamford School team came back in the 2nd half, levelling the score to 4-4 and putting Hitchin School through above SGS.
