At Spalding Grammar School we use the Gatsby Benchmarks to measure the schools GEIAG provision, and Compass+ to audit this.

As staff, you can help to provide careers learning for students inside and outside of the classroom. Inviting any networks you have that relate to your subject to come and speak to the students is a great way to make it relevant to the real world. More simply, there are often opportunities to bring conversations about different careers into your lesson plans.
If you do organise any speakers or trips that relate to Careers, could you please make Miss Barratt or Mrs Hoyles aware so that they can log this for each student that has been involved.
