Year 8 Cross Country

Last week our Year 8 cohort had their inter-house cross-country competition with the boys running in either the ‘A’ or ‘B’ race. The ‘A’ race was won by Sam Murat with Charlie Edge & George Clay forming the top three. In the ‘B’ race, it was Will Ramsden who crossed the finishing line first before George Clayton & Finley Everitt.

All the boys who competed represented their houses well with lots of sportsmanship and encouragement on show. Having combined the finishing positions across both races, the overall result is as follows:

WINNERS - MOULTON

Tied 2nd Place - Bentley & Johnson

4th Place - Hobson

Tied 5th Place - Gamlyn & Wykeham.

Having combined all of the results across Years 7-9, the final cross country standings are:

3rd Place - Bentley

4th Place - Wykeham

5th Place - Hobson
