Over the past few years, schools have become more reliant on outsourced staffing than ever before. Whether this be the use of an agency for supply staff, language specialists, PE specialists, Educational Psychologists, Welfare Officers or cover supervisors. We are keen to work closely with schools and teachers to reduce this cost. The experience within the team is allowing us to be confident that in a short space of time, we can build a strong bank of staff that will be available to schools at a far more reasonable cost than currently seen.
All staff will be interviewed, referenced and hold a full DBS certificate before they begin any assignments. Where possible, observations will be carried out on supply teachers, by our partnership schools and a feedback form will be completed at the end of assignments for staff we introduce to your school.
We continually run generic advertising campaigns to encourage teachers and school staff to come and register with us. Where your requirement is specific we can look at direct advertising for you. We offer permanent and contract staffing as well as daily cover for those unforeseen circumstances.
Staff will come to you on a self-employed basis, so you will be invoiced each week directly by that individual and will incur a simple administration charge for our services which will depend on the length of cover. Where your requirement is for a permanent position or fixed term contract, you will receive an invoice for an introduction fee which will be agreed prior to any selection or interviewing but will be fair and a fraction of any agency rate card!
